When the displayed price applies
The final quote depends on area, fine-dust quantity, furnishings, type and amount of building residue, selected windows, access, required equipment and number of passes. Scope and price are confirmed from a description, photos or inspection. The published commercial rate is a starting rate; homes receive an individual quote.
Important information
We clean safely accessible surfaces using a method suitable for the material. Delicate surfaces or a risk of damage require assessment before treatment.
Complete window washing is not automatically included. We separately confirm quantity, type, accessible sides and any building residue on glass.
Further work by trades or dust from cavities and adjoining rooms can soil the space again. We explain any observed limits at handover.
How to prepare
- Provide safe entry, water and electricity. We agree access to locked rooms and key handover in advance.
- Clear access to the surfaces being cleaned, put away valuables, fragile and personal items, and tell us about delicate materials.
- Dust-producing building work should be complete, finishes sufficiently cured and the site safe. Send current photos and flag leftover materials and unfinished work.
Who this service is for
- Flat and house owners after a completed renovation.
- Construction firms handing a finished job to a client.
- Offices and business premises after a refit or repainting.
- New builds before move-in.

Frequently asked questions about this service
Why is there no fixed price?
The final quote depends on area, fine-dust quantity, furnishings, type and amount of building residue, selected windows, access, required equipment and number of passes. Scope and price are confirmed from a description, photos or inspection. The published commercial rate is a starting rate; homes receive an individual quote.
Do you remove building rubble?
We do not handle rubble removal or waste disposal. We clean the space once the building work is finished.
When should the cleaning happen?
After all dust-producing work is finished. If trades are still working, the dust comes straight back.
Will you clean windows dirtied by the building work?
Window cleaning is ordered separately. If there is paint, adhesive or mortar on the glass we assess it first — it cannot always be removed without risking damage.
