Not included in the service
- Full washing of doors and frames, all baseboards, radiators, switches and sockets, or walls is not part of regular cleaning.
- Dishwashing, laundry and ironing are not included. Bed-linen replacement is a selectable add-on.
- Construction dust and paint, glue, cement, foam or silicone residue require assessment for post-renovation cleaning.
- Extreme clutter, heavy hardened deposits, deep odours and specialist stain removal are outside the package.
- We do not move heavy furniture or equipment, carry out repairs or dismantle fittings.
- High-access work, hazardous dust, asbestos, biohazard cleaning and mould remediation are outside this service.

When the displayed price applies
The package price applies to the selected layout and its area limit with ordinary dirt. House type, excess area, soiling and selected extras are calculated from the current price list in booking.

We clean safely accessible surfaces using a method suitable for the material. Delicate surfaces or a risk of damage require assessment before treatment.
We bring basic cleaning supplies and standard equipment. Tell us in advance about specialist materials or a preference for your own products.

- Clear access to the surfaces being cleaned, put away valuables, fragile and personal items, and tell us about delicate materials.
- Provide safe entry, water and electricity. We agree access to locked rooms and key handover in advance.

Do you bring your own cleaning products?
Yes, we bring our own basic equipment and cleaning products as standard. If you would rather we use your products, or you have delicate surfaces, note it in the order.
Do I need to be at home during the cleaning?
No. You specify how keys or access are handled in the order, and we confirm it with you beforehand.
How is the final price decided?
The starting price follows the layout. Once the scope, area, soiling level and any additional work are confirmed, we confirm the price before work begins.
Do you clean homes with pets?
Yes. Pet hair removal is a separate line in the price list because it takes considerably longer.
Can I book recurring cleaning?
Yes. We set the frequency and scope around your needs — put the interval you want in the order notes.
