CANCELLATION POLICY

Rules for rescheduling, cancelling a service and any applicable cancellation fee.

Cancellation and rescheduling

  • Cancelling or rescheduling more than 24 hours before the planned start of the service is free of charge.
  • If you cancel less than 24 hours before the planned start, the cancellation fee is 50% of the estimated order price, but at least CZK 500.
  • If the customer cancels after the workers have departed or does not provide access to the property, the fee is 75% of the estimated price, but at least CZK 700.
  • Workers wait for the customer or access to the property for no more than 15 minutes.
  • If the condition of the property differs substantially from the order details and the customer refuses the adjusted price or scope after arrival, a CZK 500 call-out fee and the actual parking costs may be charged.
  • If work has already started and the customer then terminates it, the actual time worked, materials used and any transport or parking costs will be charged.
  • If YakuzaClean cancels the service, the customer pays no cancellation fee. Any deposit paid will be refunded or an alternative date will be offered.
  • In a documented exceptional situation, YakuzaClean may reduce or waive the cancellation fee on an individual basis.

Consumer withdrawal within 14 days

If a service contract is concluded remotely, the consumer may have the right under Czech law to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. If the service is to begin before that period expires, the consumer must expressly request it. Withdrawal after the service has begun may create an obligation to pay a proportionate amount for performance already provided; after the service has been fully performed, the right of withdrawal may cease under the conditions set by law.

The contractual cancellation terms above do not limit the consumer’s statutory rights. The specific assessment depends on the circumstances in which the contract was concluded and performed.
