Data we process
We process information you submit: your name, contact details, information about the location and requested service, notes and any photographs you choose to attach. For reviews, we also process the rating and review text. New cleaner ratings contribute to their public average after this use is disclosed in the form. Only authorized administrators see internal comments. Historical private ratings remain private.
Why we need the data
We use the data to respond to enquiries, prepare a quote, agree a date, provide the requested service and handle related communication. New verified service reviews are published immediately with the author’s consent, regardless of their star rating. Without consent they remain private.
Storage and access
Orders and reviews are stored in a secured Supabase database. Photographs are kept in private storage and do not have permanent public links. Access is limited to authorised persons.
Retention and your requests
Data is retained only for as long as needed for these purposes and any applicable legal obligations. Requests for access, correction or deletion can be sent to info@yakuzaclean.com or made by telephone on +420 778 679 090.
