The owner currently works independently and brings in help as needed. Team size and the volume of assignments are not yet fixed.
Training and skills checks
Beginners are welcome in cleaning. Payment for training hours is agreed before training starts.
Support and checklists
Clear procedures and checklists help you work consistently. Equipment and travel arrangements are discussed separately.

Technical work requires a separate assessment of your specialisation and competence. Pay is agreed individually. Beginner training applies to cleaning, not hazardous or qualified technical work.

With the full bonus: 240 Kč/hourThe base rate is gross, before statutory deductions. An additional quality bonus of up to 10 Kč/hour is available according to criteria defined in advance. The bonus is neither guaranteed nor tax-exempt. Submitting an application does not guarantee employment or a particular number of assignments. The form of cooperation, schedule, workload and pay are agreed before work starts and recorded in the appropriate documents.

Your questions
Do I need experience?
Not for cleaning. Willingness to learn and reliability matter. Technical work needs a separate competence check.
Do I need Czech?
Czech helps with independent customer communication. Not speaking Czech is not an automatic reason for rejection.
What work arrangements are available?
Tell us your preference: occasional work, part-time, full-time, DPP, DPČ or HPP. Terms are agreed separately; this form does not create a contract.
Can I choose my availability?
Yes. Share the days, times and approximate hours that work for you. You do not need to commit to a full schedule.
Where is the work?
In Prague and nearby areas. We will discuss your ability to travel without collecting your exact home address.
When will you contact me?
When a suitable need matches your interests and availability. Applying does not mean acceptance or an immediate start.
