Not included in the service
- Dishwashing, laundry and ironing are not included. Bed-linen replacement is a selectable add-on.
- Construction dust and paint, glue, cement, foam or silicone residue require assessment for post-renovation cleaning.
- Extreme clutter, heavy hardened deposits, deep odours and specialist stain removal are outside the package.
- We do not move heavy furniture or equipment, carry out repairs or dismantle fittings.
- High-access work, hazardous dust, asbestos, biohazard cleaning and mould remediation are outside this service.
Expected result
A more thoroughly cleaned home, including areas outside routine upkeep. For a property handover, select the required cabinet and appliance interiors separately.
When the displayed price applies
Deep cleaning has its own layout and area price. The existing calculation accounts for excess area, condition, house type and extras. Complete windows and appliance interiors are outside the base package.
Important information
We clean safely accessible surfaces using a method suitable for the material. Delicate surfaces or a risk of damage require assessment before treatment.
We bring basic cleaning supplies and standard equipment. Tell us in advance about specialist materials or a preference for your own products.
Oven, fridge, microwave and cabinet interiors remain paid extras with deep cleaning.
How to prepare
- Clear access to the surfaces being cleaned, put away valuables, fragile and personal items, and tell us about delicate materials.
- Provide safe entry, water and electricity. We agree access to locked rooms and key handover in advance.

Regularity discount. Book this cleaning on a regular schedule and a regularity discount applies. The amount depends on the frequency you choose and is calculated automatically in the calculator.

How does it differ from regular cleaning?
We also clean doors and frames, accessible skirting boards, radiator exteriors, kitchen fronts, tiles and common limescale in detail. The interior side of safely accessible window glass is included. Complete window cleaning on both accessible sides with frames is ordered separately, as are appliance and cabinet interiors.
How long does a deep clean take?
We do not publish a blanket duration because it varies with the area and condition of the space. We confirm the expected time along with the price before work starts.
Is deep cleaning suitable after a renovation?
No. After building work you need post-renovation cleaning, which tackles construction dust with different methods.
Can I book only part of a deep clean?
Yes. Note which rooms or tasks you need and we will adjust the scope and price before confirming.
