How long does upholstery take to dry?
Drying time depends on the material, the level of soiling and how well the room is ventilated. We give you specific guidance on site once the work is done.
Will you remove every stain?
We do not guarantee removal of every stain. Some dyes and set-in marks will not come out of the material — after seeing photos we tell you in advance what is realistic.
Why do some pieces carry a surcharge?
Heavy soiling, odour, urine or old stains take more work and more product. The surcharge level is stated in the price list and we confirm it from photos.
Do you clean mattresses on both sides?
Yes. One-sided and two-sided cleaning are separate price list lines for both single and double mattresses.
