Prague 9
Prague 9 is largely newer housing — panel blocks in Prosek and Letňany, and modern developments in Vysočany and Černý Most. For cleaning that means two practical things: most buildings have a lift, and parking is usually easier than in the centre.
With a lift in the building and parking nearby, we don't have to allow extra time for carrying equipment upstairs, so a date is usually easier to arrange than in older buildings without a lift. That is why the order form asks about the floor and the lift — not to change the price, but to reserve a realistic amount of time.
The most common layouts in this part of Prague are 2+kk and 3+kk. A balcony or loggia is standard in newer buildings and is often the most neglected part of the flat after winter — it is a separate item you can add to a regular clean. Kitchen units in new builds usually have smooth fronts, so degreasing is quicker than on older wooden doors.
