Prague 8 covers two quite different worlds: renovated Karlín with its high ceilings and large windows, and the housing estates of Kobylisy, Bohnice and Ďáblice. Cleaning looks different in each — mostly in how the time splits between windows and floors.
Renovated flats in Karlín often have large or French windows. Window cleaning is not part of a regular clean — it is a separate per-item charge, because a large window takes considerably longer than a standard one. You choose the number and type of windows in the calculator, so the price matches what you actually have.
In Kobylisy, Bohnice and Ďáblice these are usually 2+kk and 3+kk flats in panel buildings with a lift. For those it is worth considering a recurring clean rather than a one-off: a repeat visit takes less time because there is no several-month build-up to deal with. The calculator works out the frequency discount as soon as you pick a schedule.

No. A regular clean covers window sills and mirrors, but windows themselves are charged separately per item, because their number and size vary so much between flats. Prices by window type are on the pricing page.
