Prague 3
Prague 3 is largely made up of tenement buildings from the turn of the 20th century. A flat in Žižkov or Vinohrady cleans differently from a new build: higher ceilings, box windows, original parquet, and in many buildings no lift at all.
An original box window has two sashes one behind the other, so it is cleaned on four sides rather than two. That is why it is listed separately on the pricing page and costs more than a standard window — it is not a surcharge for an old building, it is twice the work. When you order, just pick the right window type and the price will match reality.
On the lower floors it makes no difference; by the fourth or fifth floor without a lift it does — equipment goes up the stairs and that needs to be allowed for. This is why we ask about the floor and the lift in the order. Parking in Žižkov is mostly blue-zone; if you know of a space outside the building or somewhere to stop briefly, add it to the note.
A package covers a layout up to the stated area. A high ceiling does not change the area — what counts is the floor area of the flat.

On wooden floors we choose products and moisture levels according to their condition. If the parquet is oiled, waxed or in poor condition, mention it in the note and we'll adapt our method.
